All prices are suggested retail prices in Canada, in Canadian
currency. For the approximate value of
the Canadian dollar...
We give discounts to school and school boards, to dealers and
to wholesalers /distributors.
Please get in touch with us to know your personal discount.
Taxes
7% GST must be added on orders shipped to customers in Canada,
and an extra 7.5% TVQ on orders shipped to customers in the province
of Quebec.
Payment
Individuals: payment must be sent after receipt of our pro-forma
invoice. We accept Visa and American Express credit cards.
Schools and school boards: 30 days after receipt of the goods.
Businesses: 30 days after receipt of the goods, subject to credit
approval.
Back orders
We may sometimes run out of stock on some instruments, especially
folk instruments made by foreign craftmen. We'll be glad to inform
you about their availibility.
Shipping charges
No charges on orders of $200 or more shipped to Canada.
Shipping charges for orders under $200 depend on the weight.
$3 handling charges on orders below $25.
