How to "play" it or use jaw harp
Hold the jaw harp with your left hand without
pressing the metal frame and without touching the steel tongue.
Without opening your mouth too wide, gently press the instrument
against the upper and lower teeth. The tongue or blade must freely
oscillate between the teeth. Lay your lips lighly over the harp.
Now you only need to pluck the tongue inwards
with your forefinger. The pitch of the strange and wonderful sound
created by the vibrations can be adjusted by modifying the position
of the cheeks, lips and teeth. A tremolo can also be produced
by moving your tongue.
